What this playbook does

When you point AI at a call transcript and ask it to follow the playbook, it will:

  1. Read the transcript
  2. Analyse it against your defined criteria
  3. Create a structured review as a subpage of the transcript
  4. Highlight specific strengths and growth areas, with quotes from the call

The output is constructive feedback for coaching conversations — not scores or rankings.


Set up your criteria

The playbook ships with placeholder criteria that won't produce useful results. You need to replace them with criteria that matter to your business.

What makes a good criterion?

You only need 3–5 criteria. More isn't better.
